Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive Consulting Operations Assistant Manager to anchor our day-to-day business functions. This multi-functional role is the backbone of our office, blending administration, financial support, HR coordination, and marketing. You will work directly with our project teams in a fast-paced environment where your organization ensures our clients’ success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations & Admin: Lead office coordination, manage critical project documentation, and maintain internal filing systems.
  • Accounting & Billing: Support financial health through meticulous invoice preparation, expense tracking, and data entry. Coordinate with vendors and project teams on billing milestones.
  • HR Coordination: Manage employee onboarding, maintain personnel records, and ensure compliance with internal HR administrative processes.
  • Strategic Communications: Assist in drafting professional presentations and marketing materials. Provide light support for company updates and digital documentation.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–5 years of administrative, accounting, or operations experience preferred (AEC industry experience is a plus).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Technical: Comfortable with office software, billing systems, and multitasking in a shifting small-business environment.
  • Attributes: Extreme attention to detail, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work independently.

Additional Requirements

  • Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco, CA.
  • Valid US work authorization required (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Local candidates preferred.

Compensation
